Wonder Wing Stonefly with Barry Ord Clarke

From Barry:
“Another winging technique that gives a realistic flat lying wing, ideal for midges and stoneflies. With this technique all you have to do is change the hook size and color and you can cover most small stonefly hatches. There is also a useful cdc dubbing technique that produces two types of dubbing in one.”

Egg Sucking Stinger Leech – Stuart Foxall

Stuart is tying a classic leech pattern in black and blue. The colors are targeting salmon and steelhead. You could tie a fly like this for trout and go with more natural colors in my opinion.

Fly Tying With Marc Petitjean – MP41 Dry Fly

In this fly tying video Marc Petitjean is showing how to tie an MP41 Dry Fly.
The video is by 54 Dean Street, Italian exclusive distributors of Petitjean Fishing Equipments.
“MP 41 is one of the most classic patterns from the vise of CDC fly tying genius Marc Petitjean. It imitates an emerger, a mayfly still struggling to leave the water surface, with its hook bend slightly penetrating the film. The quality of this instructional video is superlative and all the techniques used are clear and sharp, thanks to the different views which show the fly in the smallest detail.
The MP41 is an ideal fly to get used to the use of CDC and to practice the applications of Petitjean tying instructions.”
