E-merge-R – Markus Hoffman

Inspired by many, many, many flies I made this one. Could look like a lot of things, but the main plan is to have it float just below the surface. Like a Klinkhamer without the hackle. Tying the cdc feathers behind the legs makes it more balanced. Tight tying threads folks!

    Very impressive! Tying the cdc behind the legs to balance the fly is intuitive. I will use it in my tying. The wonderful thing about fly tying, there is always something new to learn.

    BTW, enjoyed seeing your dog approve the materials with a sniff. Obviously, a true friend. I miss my Chessie laying her head on my leg while I tied.
