    I see it’s unweighted. Do you fish this on a floating line, sink-tip, or either/both?

      I have never fished this fly, but I would start out by fishing it on a sink-tip so it would get the fly down and really allow that tail to move. However, you could fish a fly like this on a floating line probably very early in the morning or right at dusk and it would have success.
