Great tips. I’ve been tying mine with Flex UV resins. First lay down a base of thread on the hook, same color as the worm. Next lay a small bead of resin along the top of the wrap and lay the worm material on top of it. The worm will stay put with a little help in that position. A quick zap with the UV light to lock it in place, then more resin all the way around the worm at the thread location. Next is a complete cure with the UV light and the worm is in place and the resin glob is a good imitation of the annulus of the worm. It takes less than a minute to finish each worm.
