Thread Control – Tying with A LOT of Pressure!

In this fly tying video Gunnar Brammer is all about Thread Control and tying with the proper amount of pressure for tying Streamers.

Here’s what Gunnar had to say about this video:
“In the video I demonstrate just how hard I tie. Talk about the importance of a circular thread path. I explain the benefits of Spinning Thread and the importance of an aggressive Thread Base. Lastly, I tie in a clump of bucktail, showcasing how to properly catch and lock in a material, followed by trying my darnedest to pull out said clump (and failing to do so). ”

Threads Gunnar uses:
Danville’s 210 Flymaster Plus (White)
Danville’s .006 Mono Thread
GSP 200 (White)
